To cancel your package subscription, please follow the instructions numbered below:
- Log into club control panel.
- In the left-hand panel towards the top, you should see text which provides you with the name of the package which you are currently on. Click 'Upgrades & Invoices'.
- Click on choose package under the Free package section.
- Click cancel your subscription.
- You will need to fill out the feedback form which takes only 2 minutes.
- You will then need to click 'Submit' in green.
From here, your Account Manager will be in touch with you regarding the cancellation.
