When a user registers with Pitchero and associates themselves with clubs they can choose what information to share with the website admins of that particular club.
They can decide whether to share or hide their Email address, Telephone number, Date of birth and Address.
Admins of the website can prompt to view this information. However, the user is entitled to make the final decision on their own private information.
What are Public Profiles?
Certain membership roles hold public profiles should the club wish to use them. These roles include Player, Coach and Official.
These public profiles are managed by the club and not the member themselves. This is a security measure to prevent users from potentially posting inappropriate content.
The public profile includes information about the individual such as Name, Position, Date of birth, Occupation and Biography, etc. The club isn't required to fill this information and can leave it blank should they wish to.
